(other satellite providers are available -use them!). I am fairly new convert to satellite tv but last year I converted to Sky+ becuase my favourite crafting programmes are on when I am at work earning the money to pay for my crafting obession.
My Neighbours who will remain anonymous becuase I have never met them put scaffolding up 3 months ago since then we have had various problems with the sky box and lost a few channels but we still had lots including films.
Came back from Scotland on Monday and no sky at all, now they tell you if its raining etc to wait so I waited till Thursday and rang them. They said they couldn't tell if it was the scaffolding or if there was a fault with the box and they would send a man. I asked if it was the scaffolding could the engineer move the ariel 'we will send him prepared' they said.
Man arrived and immediatley diagnosed the problem as the scaffolding really wasn't interested in the fact that I disagreed and that we'd had channels until last week end. So I said if its the scaffolding can you move the satellite dish. to which he told me he couldn't go up the scaffolding becuase they hadn't erected it and he wasn't insured. So how are you going to move the dish - I'm not says he - just wait till the scaffolding is down and left. Guess what? - Sky subscription cancelled. Customer service my ar*e!!

Hi there,
Thanks for looking in on my blog. Had I not just come back from Florida yesterday I would have been at the crop too as Iam starting to get the scrapping bug again. I haven't been to the crop recently because of various reasons, mainly to do with the other members of the family and THEIR commitments, now I think I need to have some ME time.
Justine will love that you said hello. She thinks we are all wierd!
Oh and Sky are a pain. Hubby has had many a blow out with their customer service over the years.
See you soon
Gail
Hi Leslie! You're not too late... the voting just began Sunday. You were probably looking at the old poll on the sidebar. If you read the latest post, it's at the end that you leave a comment vote. Thanks if you go back! Well, thanks even if you don't! Off to read some of your bloggy!
Justine :o )
Ick! This sounds like a really lousy company! Do you guys have a digital cable company there? I HATE satellite anyway, because every time it'd get even really cloudy we'd lose reception.
Justine :o )
Hmmm... don't know why you'd be coming up in an area so far north of you. What area did you use when you signed up for blogger? Maybe ask Gail? She might have a clue, 'cause I sure don't!!!!!!!
Justine :o )
I saw your comment about being from Peterborough. I have the same thing only mine says I'm in Edinburgh when I'm in Blyth, but in Ashington when I'm in Ashington blogging sneakily from work!
Totally weird!
Justine was going crazy wondering who the myserious blogger from Scotland was - who never left a comment. She was probably gutted when she realised it was just little old me!
